eFAST MOA

This is Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is issued as a Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) under the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program to provide services.

As an eFAST MOA holder, 21 Computech, Inc. (21 CTI) is qualified and eligible to participate in the procurement process for contract awards for the following functional areas:

1. Business Administration & Management (BAM)
2. Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
3. Computer Systems Support (CSS)
4. Documentation e Training (D&T)

The FAA's Contracting Officer (CO) may make a contract award decision under one or more NAICS codes/functional areas for requirements as a result of one of the following procurement actions:

1. Issue a directed award to an 8(a) small business up to the noncompetitive threshold; or
2. Set aside for only 8(a) small businesses with no dollar limit

PERIODS OF PERFORMANCE:

Base Period: 09/29/2009 - 09/30/2014 Option Year 1: 10/0I/2014 - 09/30/2015 Option Year 2: 10/0I/2015 - 09/30/2016 LABOR CATEGORY & PRICE LIST:

21 CTI will provide the 152 Labor Categories with the Price for each following functional areas:

• Business Administration & Management (BAM): 152 Labor Categories
• Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
• Computer Systems Support (CSS)
• Documentation e Training (D&T)

DISCOUNT:

• Prompt Payment: 3% - 30 days from receipt of invoice

FUNCTIONAL AREAS (FA):

The following functional areas are described in a generic form based on process orientation, and may be combined in a specific contract requirement. These functional areas can be grouped to support any range of functional disciplines and elements of the FAA systems life cycle, and all facets of management in support of FAA business areas and systems, mission support and information systems, as well as administrative processes and systems.
