What is the TESS Contract?

The Technical Engineering Support Services (TESS) provides research, development and engineering services for the Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center's (CERDEC's) Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) as well as providing for any successor organization that may evolve its elements at other locations, and any customers developing intelligence and information warfare systems and working within the intelligence community. The support services provided include technical, engineering, program management, prototype development and fabrication and operations expertise in support of intelligence, electronic warfare and information system development.

The length of the contract is a 5 year base period. TESS provides users with a rapid means of accessing leading industry resources, products and capabilities without today's traditional acquisition lead times. 21 CTI is proud to be a team member of DSCI's Small Business Prime Contract for TESS.

TESS CONTRACT:
